At SKIE, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please review our return and warranty policy below. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return for a refund or exchange.

• Return Window: All return requests must be made within 10 business days of date item received.
• Return Authorization (RA): All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Merchandise returned without an RA number will not be accepted. Once an RA number is issued, the merchandise must be shipped back to us within 10 business days.
• Condition: All returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (freight prepaid) unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To begin the return process, please contact us at ccouchskie@gmail.com or 606-679-7543. We will need the following information:

• Your Original Order Number
• The Part Number(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with an RA number and further instructions.

• Restocking Fee: All returns, except for those involving an error by SKIE (e.g., we shipped the wrong product), will be subject to a 25% restocking fee per item.
• Testing Fee for "Defective" Items: Merchandise returned as defective that is tested and determined to be fully functional will be subject to the 25% restocking fee and an additional testing fee.

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned once ordered:

• All Special Order products
• Paints, chemicals, and lubricants
• LPG tanks
• Fire extinguishers
• Electrical components/parts
• Any used products
  

THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO OUR PRODUCTS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Statements by our employees or agents, such as in advertising or presentations, do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon by the customer. This policy allocates the risks of product failure between you and SKIE, and our pricing reflects this allocation of risk.
